Responsibilities
- Maintenance of production machines, automatic machines and devices,
- visual quality control of products,
- production of products in accordance with control and job instructions,
- maintaining cleanliness in the workplace in accordance with 5S principles,
- correct and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Employment Contract
Employee bonuses – up to 15% bonus; an additional 20% to the rate for night work, 50% to the rate for overtime, and 100% to the rate for work on weekends and holidays.
25-minute breaks during the day. Employees have access to a kitchen where they can buy their own food. Meals start at 13 PLN, with subsidies available. You can also bring your own food.
Work clothes are provided free of charge. The company has showers and locker rooms.
Weekend work is also available (maximum 400 hours per year).
